The story begins of this serial (Chand Jalne Laga) with two kids Dev and Tara both have a strange connection with the moon. The moon is the only natural source of light on earth during the night and it also spreads happiness with its light but some evil people want to get all these powers of the moon and take control; over it. The hero of this serial Dev and Tara connected and the moon. Whenever moonlight got low they tried their best to protect it. Tara and Dev fell in love with each other from their childhood but their ways got separated because of their families.
Both of them got separated from each other because their families moved to separate cities for their own sake these were just kids and not do anything to stop them from moving to their places. After 15 years, both of them grew up and they are connected in various ways. Dev could feel Tara anywhere he was but their destiny brought them away from each other. The story starts when Dev moves to the moon to save it from some evil people who want its power. But when he reached there he saw some monsters there in the fight with the monster he got seriously injured and a girl came after him and protected it from them.
Then he got dizzy and she took him to her house on Earth. She took care of him and when he recovered he came to know that the girl who saved him from the monsters was Tara Singh, the love of his life and the same girl whom he had dreamed. On the other hand, Tara was angry with him because he got very busy in his life and forgot about her when he went to the city. For that, Dev tried his best to make her happy but she refused his apologies. Then, finally, he proposed to her in public and she accepted it after that they going to marry but a new thing happened when the moon turned completely red.
